What this is. CoinX Gold (CXGT) is open software: a BEP-20 token, a PancakeSwap V3 liquidity pool and a set of smart contracts on BNB Chain that let holders lock CXGT for a period and receive CXGT rewards from an on-chain pool. This website is an interface to those contracts. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, fund or investment scheme.

No offer, no advice. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product, or investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Rewards are variable, paid only in CXGT and not guaranteed. Past or displayed rates do not predict future rates.

Eligibility & your responsibility. You may use the site and contracts only if you are of legal age and it is lawful for you to do so where you live. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation, taxes and reporting comply with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the site if you are in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Non-custodial software, provided “as is”. We never hold your keys or funds. The contracts and website are provided without warranty of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs, blockchains can fail or fork, prices can move against you and liquidity can be thin. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the CoinX Gold team is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or contracts, including loss of tokens, missed rewards, price movements or third-party failures.

Upgradeability disclosure. The staking contract is upgradeable by its owner (UUPS, no timelock) so bugs can be fixed; the token, pool, locker, splitter and vesting contracts are not upgradeable. Contract addresses are linked in the footer.

Referral programme. Referral rewards are a share of the staking rewards actually earned by people who stake through your link, subject to your Active status. Nothing is paid for recruitment alone. You must not misrepresent CXGT, promise returns, or market it where doing so is unlawful.

Intellectual property. The CoinX Gold name, logo and site content belong to the CoinX Gold team. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-misleading use.
