Terms & disclaimer

Nature of CXGT. CoinX Gold (CXGT) is a utility and staking token on BNB Chain. It is not an investment contract, security, or promise of profit. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Rewards. Staking rewards are paid in CXGT from a fixed on-chain pool and float with total participation. Any APR shown is a live estimate labelled “up to” and is not fixed or guaranteed. Referral rewards depend entirely on real staking activity by people you refer and on your own Active status; nothing is paid for recruitment itself.

Locks. Staked tokens are locked for the full period of the chosen plan (currently 45/90/180/365 days; the plan table is shown live on the site). There is no early withdrawal. Rewards remain claimable during the lock. Compounding pays the same rewards fee at the moment of compounding; withdrawing principal at maturity is free.

Fees. There is no project fee on buying or selling CXGT. A rewards fee (currently 15%, shown live on the site; five equal parts) applies to staking rewards when they are claimed or compounded (never to staked principal); it is split into burn, CoinX rewards, locked liquidity, staking pool and operations. Withdrawing principal at the end of a lock is free.

Trading. CXGT trades on PancakeSwap (V3 pool, 1% fee tier) like any standard token. Launch liquidity is one-sided from $0.10 with none below, so the price chart cannot print below the listing price; however exit capacity at any moment equals the USDT other buyers have deposited. There is no guaranteed exit price.

Eligibility. Staking (opening a position, adding to one, restaking or compounding) requires CoinXpress membership on the same wallet. Buying and holding CXGT does not require membership. Positions opened before this rule keep earning: their rewards can be claimed and the principal withdrawn at the end of the lock as normal. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Non-custodial. Your wallet holds your tokens; we never have access to your keys or funds. Contracts are immutable except the staking contract, which is upgradeable by the owner (disclosed).

Risk. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value, including to zero. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose.

Acceptance. By connecting a wallet, buying CXGT, or staking through this site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and this disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the contracts.
